Question by Meow ^_^: What are some good makeup tips?
It can be any tips. Tips for eyes, tips for natural beauty, tips for applying makeup, tips on removing it, anything. Im just looking for some new makeup ideas. Please dont say just look at youtube. If you know of anything on youtube just give the link. If it helps, I have pale skin, blueish green eyes (but more blue), and light brown hair.

dont wear extremely thick eyeliner or too much mascara, just enough to add a little spark to you ^_^
