Different Eye Makeup Looks-What kind of makeup would look good for a 60's style outfit?

Question by Emily N: What kind of makeup would look good for a 60′s style outfit?
Tonight I’m wearing a navy blue tunic with leggings to a dinner date with my boyfriend, and I want to do my makeup and hair to give off kind of a sixties mod feel, since that’s the vibe I get from the dress. I’m going to be wearing a pair of silver flats with it, although I was thinking of maybe wearing a pair of black heels instead. I have two different eye makeup looks and I don’t know which one would look better. If there’s a makeup look that would match better, let me know how to do it and I’ll try it out. I was thinking of pulling my hair back in a low ponytail like in the picture, but if there’s a better look that’s easy I’d welcome that too
