Question by Tyger.: How would someone without doujutsu like tsukiyomi learn genjutsu?
Well, we know Kurenai knows genjutsu and Sakura is a genjutsu type. But without something like Sharingan that uses Tsukiyomi, how would Sakura have been able to learn Genjutsu?

So what I’m basically asking is, how exactly would a ninja without doujutsu (eye techniques) perform genjutsu? Do they just concentrate or something? i dont understand how htey could pull off an illusion. and if al that was necessary is concentration, then couldnt anyone easily do genjutsu?

hrm.
well if you have a sharigan eye, one of the advantages is to be able to create a strong genjutsu more easily than others.
i do believe that genjustu is the hardest jutsu and the most difficult to master, and if you don’t have a kekki gen ki you need to have a lot of raw talent and patience to master it.
also, i don’t think that “just anyone” can master it.
you have to be special in some way…
