Question by nancy c: I have a dark blue prom dress, what makeup should i do?
It is strapless ballgown, and I am planning on wearing silver jewelry. So I wondering if i should wear blue or silver eye makeup. I have fair skin if that matters.

Do kinda silver and blue mixed with the eyeshadow, like having one side sorta silver and blend it in with the blue. Then wear black eyeliner around your water line, with some fake eyelashes and it’d look gorgeous!
