Question by Half_Breed: How to apply eye liner to the inside of the bottom lid?
How do I apply eye liner/pencil to the bottom lid between the eye and the eye lashes? And do I use eye pencil or an automatic eye liner?

Eye pencil is always good, if you mean liquid eyeliner, try to avoid that because it can get into your eye and cause irritation. When you apply it, try holding the skin between your cheek and lower lid so that you pull down on it a bit, showing the area you want to line. then, very softly and carefully draw onto it, but don’t press hard because it would waste the eyeliner anyways.
