Smokey Eyes-What is the best makeup to purchase for nude lips and smokey eyes?

Question by KATE! Loves Kaleb Always.: What is the best makeup to purchase for nude lips and smokey eyes?
I would like to try nude lips and smokey eyes but I can only buy from drug stores, or stores like Wal Mart. Any suggestions?

I know I would need a good lipstick, lipgloss, and lipliner. Plus eyeshadow and eyeliner.

The revlon glosses (in the square see through tube with the black cap) have some really good shades, and Rimmel makes smokey eye quads for each eye color. Apply them with a damp applicator – they stay on much longer.
