Question by Blair: What is an eyeshadow that does not smudge after application?
I love wearing eyeshadow, but avoid doing so if it’s an affair longer than 2 hours since I’ve noticed my eye shadow wears off fast and wipes-off/smudges on the area below my eyebrow from blinking. What eyeshadow is there that you can put on and it will stay on for a long time just the way you put it?
