Question by NjH: how do i apply eye makeup so that it looks good?
ok, this might sound really dumb but i have never been able to apply eye shadow, eye liner properly. i’d like to be able to do a nice light day time eye shadow with a little bit underneath my eye too but whenever i try it looks terrible. i just dont have the skills. and whenever i try to put eye liner on the top it looks awful. its almost as if i cannot get the liner pencil close enough to my eye and it just looks so random. if anybody has any suggestions, i would really appreciate it.
