i have blue eyes and have a good amount of makeup…but i don’t know how the heck to use it. with the eye liner the shadow the glitter and lots more + the colors please give me some ideas thanks so much!

It is proven that brown makeup goes best with blue eyes. I would line your eyes with a brown eyeliner underneath, and then a brown/black mascara on top. If you want to use some glitter as a shadow, that should be fine just not too much!!
