Question by Life is a Maze: How can I stop my eye pencil from smearing?
I know the question is worded wrong. Please let me explain. I bought an eye pencil. I use it every day. I trace the water line of my eye. I go back and forth with the pencil until I get a nice dark line. But it smears when i blink, or close my eyes. Or at times I want to itch my eyes, and of course, my finger would b black. Why would my make-up smear? Any step by step tips on applying perfect eye pencil on ur water line(bottom of eye)? Thanks.

Eye pencils usually always smears.
Try using liquid eye liner, it doesn’t smear, its darker and it easier to use..[:
