Question by Megan: i have blue eyes, makeup ideas?
im 14 years old, and i have blue eyes, im pretty pale but i cant seem to get my makeup to look right! HELP?!

What color is your hair? I have blue eyes and black hair and i’m also very pale. I usually just put on eye liner, mascara, and a little bit of silver eyeshadow (makes blue pop). I don’t really use anything else except for a bit of cover up if i’m having a bad skin day
