I have blue eyes that kind of remind people of water, (They say it not me) and I have never liked the look of eyeliner on my eyes, it makes them look really small and dark. Are there any tips on making my eyes stand out but in a natural looking way?

put white eyeliner in the inner corners.. it makes em luk bigger and the whites of ur eyes,whiter… wear mascara, it opens up ur eyes, try a mascara curler first..
