Amazing Eye Makeup-circles under eyes/makeup suggestions?

Question by Jessica Lynn: circles under eyes/makeup suggestions?
i have very light skin, and medium brown hair with brown eyes, and no matter what i do, i always have dark circles under my eyes… i use a dark brown eye shadow and a thin line of eyeliner but i dont know how the make the circles go away

u could use a concealer????
