Question by heartbeat: Makeup to make brown eyes lighter and darker?
I was wondering what makeup colours make brown eyes darker (like black)and what colours make them look lighter(like honey).
I think an electric blue mascara makes my eyes lighter.. but I just want to know if theres more colours for eyeshadows,mascaras etc to change the shade of your eyes a little.

purple makes brown eyes stand out
