I have brown almond shaped eyes, and I notice that they sometimes look smaller then they are when I wear makeup. I love the look of waterline eyeliner, but it can make my eyes look SO tiny! Any tricks to make eyes look bigger and brighter with makeup?

with eyeliner, start from the outside corner of the eye to the inner end of the eye.
