Question by Alexis: Can substitute eye primer with these following things?
Hi. I need a new eye primer. I really have no time to go to the store and im short on cash. I was wondering that instead of eye primer, can i mix liquid foundation with lotion to creat a sort of ‘home-made’ primer? If not, what are some tips in making eye primer and can you make eye primer?

You could use your concealer as a primer for now. I’ve heard people do that before.
