Eye Make Up For Small Eyes-What makes big eyes better than small eyes?

Question by KittyCat: What makes big eyes better than small eyes?
I’ve noticed that a lot of people are complaining about having small eyes and trying to get double eye lid surgery. Personally, I don’t think they look any worse than big eyes although some eyes are not that pretty (this includes big and small eyes)… Besides they function just about the same?
