Well, I’ve got hazel eyes, and they spend a lot of time towards the greener side, so I use black eyeliner and mascara. If I do eyeshadow, I use a lighter grey color. If your hazel eyes go more towards brown, accent with brown-black eyeliner and mascara with a natural color for eyeshadow. Tans, browns, or beige.
