Question by .: What colors or colors of eye makeup flatter dark brown/black eyes?
I have very dark brown eyes that appear to be black at most times. I want to know what makeup colors will make them stand out, as well as, complement my eye shape (almond) and complexion (yellowish). If this is of any importance, my hair is pitch black. Please help me. Thanks.
