Question by StarLight: Makeup tips to make your eyes look bigger?
I have smaller eyes and I would like to know if there is any makeup tips on how to make them look bigger and pop. Do I need to get different mascara? Do I need to put on eye liner differently? Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

ok my eyes are big but you can putt it bigger with liner (not to much) white eyeshadow and yeah it required mascara that my answer ,Good luck
